Allowed Senders

SMTP2GO gives you the ability to restrict the emails sent via your account based on the sender email address or their domain.

You can choose to set up a list of ‘allowed senders’ or ‘restricted senders’.

Both options require you to enable the 'Restrict Senders' Setting. Turning this Setting on allows you to build up a list of email address or domains; either as a whitelist of permitted senders; or as a blacklist of restricted sender.

Be aware that we only store a single list against your account; you can choose to use the list as an ‘allowed’ or ‘restricted’ collection.

To switch between the whitelist style collection 'Allow ONLY the senders in allowed_senders list to send email’ and the blacklist style collection 'Allow all senders EXCEPT those in the allowed_senders list`, please access your SMTP2GO dashboard.
